5 ripe tomatoes (heirloom or oxheart varieties recommended), sliced
2 ripe yellow peaches, sliced
1 large ball of burrata cheese
A few fresh basil leaves
3 tablespoons of high-quality olive oil
1 tablespoon of high-quality white wine vinegar
Salt, to taste

Prepare the Ingredients: Begin by washing your tomatoes and peaches. Gently pat them dry before slicing them into fairly thin slices.
Arrange the Salad: On a large serving plate or platter, arrange the sliced tomatoes and peaches in an alternating pattern.
Add the Burrata: Carefully tear the burrata ball into chunks with your hands. Scatter these pieces over the top of the sliced peaches and tomatoes.Tuck a few fresh basil leaves among the slices of peach and tomato and over the burrata.
Dress the Salad: Drizzle the high-quality olive oil evenly over the salad, followed by the white wine vinegar. Finish the salad with a generous sprinkle of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Notes
This dish is summer on a plate; I recommend waiting until the Peaches and Tomatoes are in season and extra sweet and juicy, as this dish is all about showcasing beautiful produce.
